No. Fat2Watt is a general wellness device, similar to how products like Embr Wave, Apollo Neuro, and NeoRhythm are positioned. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is designed to support body contouring goals as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Is RF technology safe?
RF technology has been used in professional aesthetic and wellness applications for over a decade. Fat2Watt operates within established safety parameters. The AI Digital Twin provides continuous thermal and impedance monitoring — if any reading approaches a safety threshold, the system automatically adjusts or pauses.
How is this different from handheld RF devices?

Sessions are AI-optimized and typically range from 20 to 45 minutes. The Digital Twin adjusts session length based on your body's real-time response data. You can also set time limits in the app.
Can I use it while doing other activities?
Yes — that's the entire point. You can wear Fat2Watt while working at your desk, reading, or watching TV. We don't recommend wearing it during intense exercise or in water (it's sweat-resistant, not waterproof).
What about energy harvesting?
Energy harvesting is our long-term research vision — not a V1 product feature. The Fat2Watt you're backing is a smart RF body contouring device. We've demonstrated basic thermoelectric harvesting at milliwatt scale in the lab, and we're exploring this for future generations. V1 does not include energy harvesting.
When will I receive my Fat2Watt?
Our estimated delivery timeline is 12–18 months from the end of the campaign. Super Early Bird and Early Bird backers receive units first. We'll provide monthly updates on progress and communicate any delays immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We plan to ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be collected via a post-campaign backer survey. Some regions may have additional customs/duties that are the backer's responsibility.
